Responsibilities

• Design and optimize production layouts for maximum efficiency.
• Evaluate and select appropriate manufacturing technologies and processes.
• Lead teams in workshops focused on quality improvement and productivity.
• Research and recommend tools and equipment for production.
• Develop and implement training programs related to process improvements.
• Facilitate communication between management and operational staff to ensure alignment.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and implement corrective actions.
• Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
