• Work on sustainability initiatives in designing projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes within the engineering department.
• Perform structural assessments of existing buildings.
• Deliver presentations on engineering solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communications across various teams involved in projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering projects

Technical Skills

• SAP2000
• STAAD Pro
