Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to oversee various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and be proactive in employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts and improve onboarding processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related issues.
  • Implement employee wellness and support programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and develop strategies for workforce optimization.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance career growth.
  • Facilitate employee engagement surveys and take action based on feedback.
  • Manage HR budgets and departmental resources efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate degree or specific HR training is advantageous
Experience
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience in various functions
