Responsibilities

  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients.
  • Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support patients through recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Manage wound care and other medical procedures.
  • Document care and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Educate patients about disease prevention and health promotion.
  • Assist in the training of junior nursing staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
  • Bachelor of Nursing is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a nursing role, preferably in a hospital setting
