Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to facilitate HR operations in Cape Town. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, and policy development. Strong communication skills and a holistic understanding of HR operations are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation.

  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a human resources role with management experience
