IT Support Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and user support. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage installations, and maintain IT documentation. Your contributions are essential in supporting the technology needs of our staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Provide support for various operating systems including Windows and macOS.
• Assist in backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Support remote users and assist with VPN connectivity issues.
• Confer with suppliers for hardware and software procurement as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Information Technology or similar
• Relevant technical certifications preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant IT experience

• Linux OS
• Active Directory

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
