Job Description

Join our HR team as a Generalist, where you will be responsible for supporting HR operations across various departments. You will manage employee onboarding, policy implementation, and engagement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee employee relations and address employee concerns effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with performance management and employee development programs.
  • Provide HR support to managers on employee-related issues.
  • Facilitate training and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
