Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Paster to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently applying adhesives to various materials, ensuring precise alignment, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process. Candidates should bring a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Check and set up pasting machinery as per job specifications.
• Ensure that all materials are ready for production prior to starting the job.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the pasting process.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of materials used.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure longevity and performance.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in health and safety audits as necessary.
• Provide feedback on production processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Certification in manufacturing processes is advantageous.

Experience

• 1-2 years of related experience in pasting or similar manufacturing roles.

Technical Skills

• Adhesive application skills
• Familiarity with production machinery

Languages

• English: Fluent
