UI/UX Researcher

Job Description

We seek a proactive UI/UX Researcher who enjoys diving deep into user behaviours. Your insights will influence design decisions and improve the overall user journey. You'll work closely with a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead user interviews and focus groups to gather qualitative insights.
• Generate user personas and scenarios based on research findings.
• Create journey maps to visualize user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers on user-centric designs.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Document research methodologies and outcomes for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in UX design or user research are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Advantageous
