Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and testing new mechanical systems, while ensuring that projects adhere to deadlines and budgets. You will leverage your experience to innovate and improve existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and simulations of mechanical components.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to translate designs into production.
• Perform failure analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• Support cross-departmental teams to achieve company objectives.
• Chair engineering meetings and provide insights on project risks.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist with equipment installations and field operations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Review and approve engineering drawings and specifications.
• Implement best practices in engineering methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks
• AutoCAD
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Mechanical Testing

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) registration
