Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Manager to join our Johannesburg office. The role focuses on driving recruitment initiatives, managing talent pipelines, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure we attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships to build talent pools.
  • Facilitate recruitment events and job fairs to attract a diverse candidate base.
  • Create job descriptions that effectively communicate role expectations.
  • Collaborate with HR in developing retention strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior HR staff involved in recruitment.
  • Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management or HR
