Job Description

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist who will be integral in developing and managing our compensation and benefits strategy. The right candidate will have a strong foundation in compensation analysis, benefits management, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design competitive compensation frameworks that support talent acquisition.
• Conduct audits of compensation strategies and recommend improvements.
• Implement training for HR teams about compensation management.
• Prepare and distribute communication on benefits to employees.
• Work closely with the finance department to manage compensation budgets.
• Assist with the administration of global compensation strategies.
• Participate in salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
• Facilitate focus groups with employees about benefits satisfaction.
• Collaborate with legal departments on compliance issues regarding compensation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR Management

Experience

• 5+ years involved in HR practices, with a focus in compensation and benefits

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with SAP or similar software: Knowledge of SAP or comparable HR software is advantageous.
