Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our enthusiastic team in Durban. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service or relevant qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus
