Responsibilities

• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions for common technical issues.
• Record and track customer interactions and technical issues using the ticketing system.
• Work on service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality of service.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical staff.
• Participate in customer feedback sessions to improve support offerings.
• Support system upgrades and software deployments as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
