Job Description

As a Booking Manager, you will manage the complete booking process, ensuring smooth communication with clients and suppliers while maintaining pristine records of all transactions. Your role is pivotal in delivering satisfactory service and enhancing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the booking team to ensure all operational procedures are adhered to.
  • Implement effective booking policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor staff in best practices for client interaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing trends.
  • Handle high-level customer complaints and feedback for service improvement.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality or tourism sector
