Job Description

We are on the lookout for an HR Generalist to join Leading HR Solutions. This role involves managing key HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and policy compliance. You will work closely with management to enhance workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Implement HR policies and monitor adherence to company standards.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee employee benefit programs and assist with inquiries.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate training programs.
  • Assist in the development of the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy.
  • Manage employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure proper documentation of HR processes and relevant legislation.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to improve initiatives.
  • Create reports on HR metrics and trends for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR would be advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
