Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement employee training programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Assist in performance management processes and provide guidance to managers.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Organize employee events and promote team-building activities.
• Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
• Monitor and coordinate employee benefits and compensation plans.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years as an HR Generalist or in a similar role

Certifications

• Certified HR Professional (CHRP)

Languages
