Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will manage patient records, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Your role will directly impact patient care quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze patient feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Lead ongoing training sessions for the administrative team.
• Prepare reports for management on departmental performance.
• Instigate process improvements to enhance the patient experience.
• Facilitate onboarding for new staff members.
• Engage in strategic planning to bolster operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certifications in healthcare management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
