We are seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join our team in Johannesburg. You will provide comprehensive medical care to a variety of animals, conducting examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and administering treatments. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat injuries and diseases in animals.
• Perform surgical and dental procedures.
• Educate pet owners on pet health and nutrition.
• Conduct tests and analyze results.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Help maintain a clean and safe clinic environment.
• Supervise support staff and interns.
• Collaborate with specialists when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients about treatment options.
• Prepare and interpret diagnostic imaging.

Requirements

Education

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., emergency medicine) are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience in a veterinary practice
