As an IT Support Technician, you will take on a key role in our organization by ensuring all IT systems run smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets and address user issues with priority.
  • Set up new user accounts and manage user access.
  • Assist with server maintenance and network troubleshooting.
  • Provide guidance on software upgrades and installations.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
  • Assist in data backups and recovery procedures.
  • Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and maintenance of security protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
Experience
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in IT support

Languages
  • English: Fluent
