Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating our operational efficiency and implementing strategies that align with our goals. You will analyze data, optimize workflow, and ensure that quality control is upheld throughout our production.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize tasks.
• Ensure the effective management of resources in production.
• Analyze performance metrics to measure productivity.
• Champion sustainability initiatives in the engineering processes.
• Document and present findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree will be advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Project Management Professional is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
