Join our Durban team as a Quality Assurance Analyst! In this role, you will be tasked with the creation and implementation of testing scenarios, ensuring that our software performs optimally. Collaborate with a dynamic team to detect issues early in the development process and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our software offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed automated scripts for testing.
• Validate software quality against business requirements.
• Participate in design and requirements reviews.
• Provide insights for enhancing product performance and user experience.
• Document testing processes and results clearly and concisely.
• Work closely with product management to refine test cases.
• Conduct training on new QA tools and methodologies.
• Facilitate root cause analysis discussions for defect resolution.
• Support the QA team in achieving certifications and standards.
• Engage actively in team planning and retrospective meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CQE) are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
