Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Non-Profit Program Manager to oversee our initiatives in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-profit management and a keen interest in community development. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that align with our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Design strategic outreach plans to engage and empower the community.
  • Coordinate evaluation processes to measure program impact and success.
  • Manage communications related to programs and initiatives.
  • Advocate for program needs and priorities within the organization and community.
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports for program activities.
  • Encourage diversity and inclusion within program activities.
  • Support the development of program policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Community Development or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing non-profit programs or projects
