We are seeking a dynamic Travel Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, exceptional customer service skills, and a knack for crafting unique travel experiences for clients. You will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing all aspects of travel for individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their travel goals.
• Craft tailored travel plans for individuals or groups.
• Ensure all travel reservations are confirmed and accurate.
• Advise clients on travel documentation and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destination offerings and deals.
• Assist clients in navigating travel cancellations and changes.
• Support marketing efforts through social media and promotions.
• Serve as a point of contact for ongoing client relationships.
• Report on travel sales and performance metrics.
• Advocate for client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management or Tourism
• Diploma in Travel and Tourism is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the travel sector

• GDS Systems
• CRM Software

Certifications

• Certified Travel Associate (CTA)
• Travel and Tourism Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
