Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead our engineering projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will oversee project timelines, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of engineering solutions while adhering to project schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project schedules, resources, and budget requirements.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring they are achieved within set timeframes.
• Ensure effective risk management practices are employed to minimize project disruptions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of project plans in response to changing circumstances.
• Collaborate with finance to manage project budgets and expenditures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Engineering
• Professional certification in Project Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in managing engineering programs or projects
