Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations in our Pretoria office. The successful candidate will manage recruitment processes, develop training programs, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings to onboarding new staff.
  • Create a structured onboarding program to immerse new hires in company culture.
  • Facilitate performance management processes for staff evaluations.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Address employee grievances and provide solutions to workplace challenges.
  • Work on strategic planning related to workforce development.
  • Ensure timely payroll and benefits administration.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management
