As a Tax Consultant at Financial Solutions Group, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their tax planning and compliance needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique situations and offer strategic advice that aligns with their goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information to determine tax obligations and opportunities.
• Support clients through the tax filing process and manage timelines.
• Engage with clients regularly to assess their changing financial situations.
• Draft client correspondence regarding tax matters.
• Perform calculations for estimated taxes and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with external parties for additional financial reporting.
• Assist in developing marketing materials related to tax services.
• Facilitate workshops or seminars to promote tax education among clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Certification in Taxation is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in tax advisory or compliance roles

Certifications

• Registered Tax Practitioner (RTP)
• CA(SA) is a plus

Languages
