Responsibilities

  • Create effective pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize sales funnels.
  • Oversee customer service efforts to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop reporting metrics to present e-commerce performance.
  • Advise on website design and user interface improvements.
  • Maintain budget oversight for e-commerce initiatives.
  • Work with logistics to ensure efficient order fulfillment processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
