We're seeking a proactive Construction Coordinator to oversee project timelines and resource allocation for various construction projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, aimed at ensuring projects run smoothly from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction activities.
• Maintain clear communication channels with all project team members.
• Ensure materials and supplies are procured on time and within budget.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and compliance.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management.
• Implement best practices and processes to improve project efficiency.
• Resolve conflicts that arise during construction and address any delays promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
