Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Management Consultant to provide top-notch property management services for our clients in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction while maximizing property performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead property management functions including administration, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and tenant move-ins/outs.
  • Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction through effective communication and service.
  • Facilitate regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance teams and external contractors.
  • Manage eviction processes, if necessary, in accordance with local laws.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and property management best practices.
  • Train and mentor junior staff as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in property management or a related field
