Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our clients. You will work closely with product managers and developers to design, prototype, and iterate on user-centered designs.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose dental issues using appropriate tools.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Foster positive relationships with patients to enhance their experience.
• Advocate for dental health education within the community.
• Document all clinical findings and treatment outcomes in patient records.
• Collaborate with specialists when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Dentistry or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Specialization in Orthodontics or Pediatric Dentistry is a plus

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical setting

Technical Skills

• Endodontics
• Cosmetic Dentistry

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
