Job Description

As a Civil Compliance Officer, you'll play a key role in upholding regulatory standards. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with civil regulations and evaluating the impact of policies. We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare compliance performance reports for management review.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to promote compliance awareness.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify compliance weaknesses.
  • Support internal and external audits to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
  • Develop metrics to assess compliance effectiveness.
  • Advocate for a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • Professional certifications in risk management or compliance are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in civil compliance or regulatory affairs.
