• Develop and implement IP management processes and strategies.
• Conduct audits and assessments of existing IP portfolios.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for clients detailing IP strategies.
• Investigate any potential IP infringement cases.
• Liaise with patent and trademark offices on various applications.
• Train and mentor junior staff on IP laws and best practices.
• Enhance client relationships through exceptional service and expertise.
• Monitor and conduct research on global IP trends.
• Participate in networking activities and industry events.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote client services related to IP.

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Specialization in Intellectual Property Law is preferred
• Intellectual Property Law Deep understanding of IP laws and enforcement.
• Legal Research Advanced skills in conducting legal research and analysis.
• Documentation Management Expert in maintaining and organizing legal documentation.
• Attention to Detail Exceptional capability in ensuring accuracy and detail orientation.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Registered Patent Attorney (if relevant)
• Certified Intellectual Property Manager (CIPM)
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Familiarity with IP management software: Hands-on experience with various IP management tools and platforms.
• Exposure to copyright law: Understanding of copyright laws and compliance issues.
