Responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Facilitate customer workshops and training sessions.
  • Monitor customer health scores and identify at-risk accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify customer success stories.
  • Develop metrics to measure the success and impact of customer success initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and service delivery.
  • Participate in industry events to represent the company.

Advantageous
