Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated Call Center Agents to join our dynamic customer support team in Durban. This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing effective solutions, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide quality customer service while maintaining a high standard of performance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in every interaction.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or related field
