Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure that all work complies with applicable legal and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Maintain productive relationships with project teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure quality execution.
• Budget management including forecasting costs and expenditures.
• Lead regular project meetings to discuss project progress and address concerns.
• Provide guidance on site safety and implement best practices.
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Construction Management is desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in large construction project management

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
