This role involves dispensing medications, providing consultation to patients, and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to patients.
• Provide medication counseling and education to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory.
• Assist in managing pharmacy operations and staff.
• Stay updated on drug interactions, side effects, and legal regulations.
• Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Registration with South African Pharmacy Council

Experience

• 2+ years of pharmacy experience in a clinical setting
