• Manage budgets and expenses to optimize store profitability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory management.
• Contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Assist in developing store policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• Postgraduate degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management with a track record of sales success
