Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
• Evaluate equipment performance and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts for production defects.
• Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to align on project objectives.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree will be an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
