Job Description

The ideal candidate will manage and enhance our restaurant's operations. You will ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction, along with training and managing our front-of-house team effectively. Strong communication skills and a passion for the culinary arts are a must!

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations to deliver a unique dining experience.
  • Train staff on customer service excellence and operational processes.
  • Control costs and maximize profitability by managing resources effectively.
  • Handle reservations and manage guest experiences.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the quality of dishes.
  • Enforce health and safety standards across all areas.
  • Drive marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
  • Update menus and implement changes based on customer preferences.
  • Conduct staff meetings to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Adapt to changing restaurant dynamics and make quick decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
