Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that foster a positive workplace environment. Your role will focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs and create training programs to support employee development.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and manage disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor HR metrics and create reports for management.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and compliance issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
