Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with potential candidates through networking and referrals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to clients on hiring best practices.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates effectively.
• Negotiate offers and manage client relationships.
• Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Report on recruitment metrics to measure performance and improve processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy role

Technical Skills

• CRM Software Proficiency
• Digital Recruitment Strategies

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
• Certified Staffing Professional (CSP)

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with ATS Systems: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems will be an asset.
