Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years managing customer interactions in a professional environment

Technical Skills

• Zendesk or similar support software

Languages

• Xhosa: Conversational
