Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Brand Manager to spearhead our brand initiatives in Pretoria. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop, implement, and manage effective brand strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through various communication channels.
  • Provide solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
  • Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Help to create and implement customer service policies.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the management team.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field is preferred
