Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide critical insights from financial data analysis and to contribute to our strategic decisions. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an understanding of financial statements, and the ability to communicate findings effectively. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate financial performance and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and assess financial implications of business decisions.
  • Facilitate financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Provide analysis on investment opportunities and capital allocation.
  • Communicate financial insights effectively to management.
  • Collaborate with IT to improve financial reporting systems.
  • Assist with audits and regulatory financial reporting.
  • Identify trends and patterns in financial data.
  • Support training and development of junior analysts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
  • CFA or equivalent certification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a financial analytics role
