Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments on proposed reinsurance agreements.
• Create and maintain documentation for reinsurance transactions.
• Collaborate with finance teams to analyze the financial impact of reinsurance.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance for reinsurance activities.
• Participate in training and development initiatives for junior analysts.
• Support data collection and analysis for reinsurance modeling.
• Attend industry conferences to stay updated on market practices.
• Help develop statistical models to evaluate reinsurance products.
• Work with IT teams to enhance data management processes.
• Provide insights that drive improvements in reinsurance strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in reinsurance or insurance analytics
