Responsibilities

• Perform both elective and emergency surgeries.
• Document all treatments and consultations accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to optimize care.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding treatment options.
• Engage in community outreach to promote animal welfare.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of diverse veterinary experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Anesthesia Administration
• Emergency Medicine

Certifications

• Certified Veterinary Surgeon

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
