Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Learning and Development Specialist in Johannesburg. This role focuses on enhancing employee engagement and performance through tailored training initiatives. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and deliver effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement through learning.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations to measure knowledge retention.
  • Work with managers to facilitate individual training plans.
  • Research and incorporate innovative training methods and technologies.
  • Prepare and present reports on training outcomes to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with training regulations and standards.
  • Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in training programs.
  • Cultivate partnerships with educational institutions for learning opportunities.
  • Participate in industry conferences to network and share learning insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Organizational Development or Business Administration
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate training and development
