  • Facilitate conflict resolution and promote employee well-being initiatives.
  • Assist with performance reviews and talent development strategies.
  • Support all aspects of compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in HR management
