Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct HR projects and initiatives to improve employee experience.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategic workforce plans.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Advise on organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and events.
  • Contribute to the company’s overall HR strategy and direction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or equivalent
  • Professional certification in HR management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
