Responsibilities
Direct HR projects and initiatives to improve employee experience.
Collaborate with management to develop strategic workforce plans.
Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Advise on organizational design and workforce planning.
Facilitate employee engagement activities and events.
Contribute to the company’s overall HR strategy and direction.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or equivalent
Professional certification in HR management is preferred
Experience
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
